The website www.laetitia.gr is the official online store and digital presence of the company under the name “Laetitia Single-Member P.C.” with the distinctive title “Laetitia.” The company is based in Athens, at 92 Adrianou Street, with Tax Identification Number (TIN): 801762590.
Laetitia mainly collaborates with Greek designers for the creation of its clothing and jewelry collections. Through our online store, we aim to effectively serve our customers, establishing a modern relationship of communication and trust.
A. SECURITY
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Encryption is a way of coding the information
until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
B. THE SOLD PRODUCT
The main characteristics and details of the products are listed next to or below the photograph of each item. The descriptions are written clearly and accurately correspond to the product being sold.
Note on colors: We make every possible effort to ensure the accurate representation of the colors of our products. However, slight variations may occur between the photograph and the actual product due to the resolution and settings of each screen (computer, tablet, or mobile phone).

C. PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the online store www.laetitia.gr constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, which is governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force).
The ability to place a valid order is granted to all natural persons who have reached 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a sales contract.
D. SUMMARY OF THE ORDER PROCESS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
To complete an order through our online store, the consumer is required to:
- Fill in the designated form with the necessary billing and shipping details.

F. SHIPPING METHOD – DELIVERY TIME – SHIPPING COST
Deliveries within Greece are free for purchases over €60 and are carried out through ELTA (Hellenic Post).
For deliveries outside Greece, our company uses ELTA and DHL. Shipping charges are as follows:

*Please note that if your order includes a bulky item or exceeds 1 kg, you will be informed of any additional shipping costs.
Our company is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
G. CONSUMER RIGHTS
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within one (1) hour from the time it is completed. To cancel your order, you must contact us in a timely manner using one of the following methods:

After the above-mentioned time period has passed, or if the parcel has already been delivered to the courier company, the cancellation cannot be accepted. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product after receiving it, according to our Returns Policy.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without being required to state the reason for returning the products. In this case, the consumer is only charged with the direct cost of returning the products.
3. REFUND POLICY
The consumer may request a refund when returning a product. In this case, the money will appear in your account within 7–15 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
The amount refunded to your account αφορά only the value of the product and does not include shipping costs. Any shipping fees or additional service costs paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable.
4. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT
The consumer has the right to request a replacement of the product with a different size, color, or a different item.
Replacement or exchange can only take place if the requested product is available. If the product you want is not available, the e-shop customer service department will contact you to offer alternative options.

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product delivered to you is defective, the company assumes full responsibility for replacing the product or refunding your money.
In this case, the replacement process will be carried out without any charge to you, provided that you have first contacted the store either:
Once we receive your return, we will inform you by phone or email about the progress of the process.
Replacement or exchange of the product can only be carried out if the requested item is available. If it is not available, the e-shop customer service department will contact you to provide additional options.
The return package must include:
- The product return form, stating the reason for the return
- The purchase receipt
All products must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, and in saleable condition. When trying on clothing items, please ensure they do not come into contact with anything that may leave marks or odors, such as perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc.
We will not be able to accept any return if there are indications that these instructions have not been followed.

When returning items by mail, we recommend using registered mail or any service that ensures the safe transportation of the products. Please keep all postal receipts safe until you receive the refund from our company.

J. GIFT CARD
You can easily purchase a Laetitia e-gift card. Select the amount you wish to give, fill in the recipient’s details, and type your personal message. Please note that cash on delivery (only for Greece) is not available. Once the transaction is successfully completed, the e-gift card will be sent to the recipient via email.
If you have received a Laetitia e-gift card, simply choose your favorite Laetitia creations, and the gift amount will be deducted using the e-gift card code at checkout.
This card remains valid for 12 months. After this period, the card will expire without notice, and any remaining balance will be lost. The Laetitia Online Shop is not responsible for e-gift cards that were not delivered due to incorrect recipient details, nor for theft or loss of the gift card code.
K. APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of any dispute, only Greek courts shall have jurisdiction. If any difficulties arise during the execution of an order or in case of complaints, the customer may contact Customer Service to seek an amicable resolution.
