EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1. ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within one (1) hour from the completion of the order. To cancel, you must contact us promptly using one of the following methods:

  • By phone: +30 210 3229711 (during store operating hours)
  • By email: info@laetitia.gr, stating your order number

After the above-mentioned time has passed, or if the parcel has already been delivered to the courier, cancellation cannot be accepted. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product after receipt, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to provide a reason for the return. In this case, the consumer is responsible only for the direct cost of returning the products.

The product return form, which states the reason for the return and the receipt, must also be included in the package.

3. REFUND
The consumer may request a refund when returning a product. In this case, the money will appear in your account within 7–15 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The amount refunded applies only to the value of the product and does not include shipping costs. Any shipping fees or other services paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable.

4. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT
The consumer has the right to request a replacement of the product in a different size, color, or a different item. Replacement or exchange can only be processed if the requested product is available. If the product you want is unavailable, the e-shop customer service team will contact you to offer alternative options.

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product delivered to you is defective, the company assumes full responsibility for replacing the product or refunding your money. In this case, the replacement process will be carried out at no cost to you, provided that you have first contacted the store either:

Replacement or exchange of the product can only be made if the requested product is available. If the product you want is unavailable, the e-shop customer service team will contact you to offer alternative options.

The return package must include:

  • The product return form, stating the reason for return

  • The purchase receipt

All products must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, and in saleable condition. When trying on clothing items, ensure they do not come into contact with anything that may leave marks or odors, such as perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc. We cannot accept returns if there are signs that these instructions have not been followed.

When returning items by mail, we recommend using registered mail or any service that ensures the safe transportation of the products. Please keep all postal receipts until you receive your refund.

The company Laetitia is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products caused by force majeure events or factors beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, courier service issues, etc.
